ISD Experience and Process
ISD staff are experienced in both onsite and remote integration work. ISD integration teams have successfully completed system integration and acceptance on over 130 aircraft for over 40 different customers in 25 countries around the world.
ISD tailors its design and integration process to best fit the needs of each customer. A typical ISR mission system design and integration project includes most or all of the phases and events shown in Figure 4. Executed in partnership with prime contractor Science and Engineering Services, LLC (SES), this process was used for ISD’s successful design, integration, testing, delivery, and continuing support of three CN-235 Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MSA) mission systems to the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF). The support phase of this contract included training and simulator components provided by JD2E under subcontract with ISD.
